Alpha-phenylethanol (PE) is an essential chemical in the field of medicine and synthetic perfumery. Therefore, in this work, we used a supported Ni–B–P amorphous alloy catalyst (Ni–B–P/SiO2) in the hydrogenation of acetophenone (AP) to α-PE, which demonstrated excellent catalytic activity and selectivity, compared with Ni–B/SiO2 (KBH4 reduction of nickel salt). Ni–B–P/SiO2 exhibited a high AP hydrogenation conversion of approximately 99%, whereas the PE selectivity reached up to 94%, which is approximately 1.4-fold higher than that of Ni–B/SiO2 (about 69%), thereby directly proving the unique inhibition of AP hydrogenation over hydrogenation of P in the Ni–B catalytic system. The doped P in Ni–B–P/SiO2 enhances the oxidation resistance and maintains the valence stability of Ni and B. Furthermore, sufficient experimental data were collected to determine the kinetic parameters. Based on the Langmuir–Hinshelwood model, we assumed that (i) AP and H2 compete for adsorption on Ni–B–P/SiO2; (ii) AP has strong adsorptive capacity on Ni–B–P/SiO2; and (iii) PE coverage on the catalyst was negligible. Then, the dynamic equation was derived, which indicated that experimental data agree well with the dynamic model. Finally, the activation energy was confirmed to be 50.73 KJ/mol. This report will open up an avenue for the industrialization of amorphous alloy catalysts.  相似文献

The insertion of an alkyne into transition metal–hydrogen bonds is a key elementary step in catalytic polymerization and hydrogenation processes. It was found that a (Z)- or (E)-type alkyenyl complex can be formed through trans/cis stereospecific processes. In this work, the reaction mechanism of Cp2M(L)H [Cp = η5-C5H5; M = Nb, V; L = CO, P (OMe)3] with dimethylacetylene dicarboxylate (DMAD), and the factors influencing the stereoselectivity have been investigated based on density functional theory calculations. The calculated results show that all of the reactions are exothermic. For L = CO, the Z-isomer product forms first even at low temperatures because of the low Gibbs free energy barrier (ΔG#). Then the Z-pro converts to E-pro , while for L = P (OMe)3, the exclusive product is the E-isomer. For different metal centers, the reaction mechanisms of the Cp2M(CO)H + DMAD (M = Nb and V) reaction are similar, while their products are different at room temperature. For M = Nb, because the energy barrier of the isomerization from Z-pro to E-pro is low and the relative free energies of Z-pro and E-pro are almost equal, both Z-pro and E-pro can be obtained. While for the Cp2V(CO)H + DMAD reaction, only the Z-pro can be obtained under mild conditions, E-pro can be obtained only at high temperatures. For the Cp2M(CO)H+DMAD(M=V and Nb) reactions, the formation of E-isomer products proceeds via two five-membered ring transition states. The calculated results provide an reasonable explanation for the experimental results and predict a new insertion reaction.  相似文献

The initial stage of electrodeposition of manganese dioxide has been studied on the platinum disk electrode and on the ring-disk electrode. Two current maxima were observed on the anodic voltammograms. It has been shown that the first rise in the current is associated with the formation of manganese dioxide (MD) nuclei on the electrode surface, and the second with their growth at the border between MnO2 and bare platinum due to an increase in the perimeter of the nuclei. Electrodeposition on bare platinum proceeds at a higher rate than on the surface of growing MD. This is explained by the difference in the reaction mechanisms on these substrates. The first stage of the process on the growing MD is the chemisorption of Mn(II) ions with the formation of Mn(III) ions, which are then electrochemically oxidized to MD. Chemisorption is the slowest step in the whole process.  相似文献

当周期激励频率远小于系统固有频率时,会存在快慢耦合效应,与单项激励不同,参外联合激励不仅会导致快子系统平衡曲线和分岔行为的复杂化,也会产生一些特殊的非线性现象,为此,本文以两耦合Hodgkin-Huxley细胞模型为例,引入周期参外联合激励,探讨在频域不同尺度耦合时该系统的簇发振荡的特点及其分岔机制.通过建立相应的快慢子系统,得到慢变参数变化下的快子系统的各种分岔模式以及相应的分岔行为,结合转换相图,揭示耦合系统随激励幅值变化时的动力学行为及其机理.研究表明,在激励幅值较小时,系统表现为概周期振荡,两频率分别近似于快子系统平衡曲线由Hopf分岔引起的两稳定极限环的振荡频率.概周期解随激励幅值的增加进入簇发振荡,导致这些簇发振荡的主要原因是在慢变参数变化的部分区间内,存在唯一稳定的平衡曲线,使得系统的轨迹逐渐趋向该平衡曲线,产生沉寂态,并随着慢变参数的变化,由分岔进入激发态.同时,快子系统中参与簇发振荡的稳定吸引子随激励幅值的变化也会不同,导致不同形式的簇发振荡.另外,与单项激励下的情形不同,联合激励时快子系统的部分稳定吸引子掩埋在其它稳定吸引子内,从而失去对簇发振荡的影响.  相似文献

To explore the global mechanism of Ermiaowan on hyperuricemia regulation, the holistic function of Ermiaowan for hyperuricemia in rats was firstly assessed by the urinary metabonomics method which was based on ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. The urinary targeted metabonomics approach combined with the serum biochemical analysis and histological assay was conducted to verify the research result. As a result, the significant differences in metabolic profiles were observed from Ermiaowan‐treated group, model group, and healthy control group by using multivariate statistical approaches. Twenty therapeutic related metabolites were identified in response to the therapeutic effects of Ermiaowan, which were mainly associated with purine metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism, tryptophan metabolism, tricarboxylic acid cycle, and tyrosine metabolism. In addition, the urinary targeted metabonomics study showed that Ermiaowan can better restore the disturbed pathways than Phellodendri cortex and Atractylodis rhizome. The biochemical assay and histopathological assay confirmed that Ermiaowan could significantly reduce uric acid and fibrosis areas of kidney. These results provided new insights into the mechanism of Ermiaowan on hyperuricemia.  相似文献

Angelica sinensis (Danggui, DG) parched with alcohol (Jiu Danggui, JDG) and charred DG are the main processed products of DG, which are used to treat blood stasis syndrome (BSS). However, their therapeutic effect and mechanisms are still unclear. Based on an acute rat BSS model, the intervention effects of DG and its processed products (DGPPs) were evaluated by the hemorheology and coagulation function parameters. Meanwhile, plasma and urine metabolites were detected and analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry and multivariate statistical analysis method. The results of hemorheology, coagulation function parameters and metabolomics all showed that the BSS model was successfully established, DGPPs intervention could significantly relieve rats BSS and the therapeutic effect of JDG was best. Moreover, 23 differential metabolites (14 in plasma and nine in urine) were identified that were closely related to the BSS, involving seven potential target metabolic pathways. DGPP intervention showed different degrees of reverse effect on these metabolites. JDG was the most effective owing to extensive regulation effect on differential metabolites. This study provides a reference for understanding the pathological mechanism of BSS and the mechanism of DGPPs, which lays a theoretical foundation for the rational use of DGPPs in clinical practice.  相似文献

信息不对称风险广泛存在于保兑仓融资过程当中,本文运用Stackelberg博弈模型刻画融资系统成员关系,运用动态规划优化分析方法求解对应博弈均衡策略。总结出需求信息不对称的三种表现形式:信息造假,信息优势及信息隐匿,分析各类信息不对称情形对融资系统所造成影响,并相应提出实现信息显示功能的契约甄别机制。研究表明:零售商可从信息不对称中获取巨大信息优势,但对其他成员造成损害,其中信息隐匿对生产商损害程度更高;二部定价机制可实现信息甄别,但生产商须为之付出信息租金,造成效率损失;而合理参数设定下的二部定价加回购机制有助于进一步改进融资系统及各成员收益,甚至达到次协调状态,最终实现融资成员收益的帕累托改进。本研究对于控制供应链融资中的信息风险、改善融资效率提供了理论依据及决策参考。  相似文献

Microwave irradiation (MI) process characteristically enables extremely rapid “in‐core” heating of dipoles and ions, in comparison to conventional thermal (conductance) process of heat transfer. During the process of nanoparticles synthesis, MI both modulates functionality behaviors as well as dynamic of reaction in favorable direction. So, MI providing a facile, favorable and alternative approach during nanoparticles synthesis nanoparticles with enhanced catalytic performances. Although, conventionally used reducing and capping reagents of synthetic origin, are usually environmentally hazardous and toxic for living organism. But, in absence of suitable capping agent; stability, shelf life and catalytic activity of metallic nanoparticles adversely affected. However, polymeric templates which emerged as suitable choice of agent for both reducing and capping purposes; bearing additional advantages in terms of catalyst free one step green synthesis process with high degree of biosafety and efficiency. Another aspect of current works was to understand role of process variables in growth mechanism and catalytic performances of microwave processed metallic nanoparticles, as well as comparison of these parameters with conventional heating method. However, due to poor prediction ability with previously published architect OFAT (One factor at a time) design with these nanoparticles as well as random selection of process variables with their different levels, such comparison couldn't be possible. Hence, using gum Ghatti (Anogeissus latifolia) as a model bio‐template and under simulated reaction conditions; architect of QbD design systems were integrated in microwave processed nanoparticles to establish mechanistic role these variables. Furthermore, in comparison to conventional heating; we reported well validated mathematical modeling of process variables on characteristic of nanoparticles as well as synthesized gold nanoparticles of desired and identical dimensions, in both thermal and microwave‐based processes. Interestingly, despite of identical dimension, MI processed gold nanoparticles bearing higher efficiency (kinetic rate) against remediation of hazardous nitro dye (4‐nitrophenol), into safer amino (4‐aminophenol) analogues.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of a number of benzoyl barbiturates was studied using a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The kinetics of the electrode process is determined, the contribution of physical adsorption to the electrochemical process is estimated, and the mechanism of the possible electrochemical reaction is proposed. It is shown that the electrochemical reduction potentials of benzoyl phenobarbital derivatives are determined by the LUMO energies, calculated by the B3LYP 6‐311+G method. It is established that the process is quasi‐reversible, complicated by adverse reactions. The influence of halogen type and its position in the benzoyl residue of the studied substances on the analytical signal is established. The effective values of the dissociation constants of various forms of benzoyl derivatives were calculated using the example of halonal, for which the values 3.16 ? 10?8 and 6.31 ? 10?12, respectively, were found.  相似文献
